Rusya'da Youtube'e kısmi yasak

youtube-logo2-300Rusya'da yerel mahkeme, "aşırıcı  yayınları" nedeniyle video paylaşım sitesi Youtube'u yasakladı.

Rusya'nın uzakdoğu bölgesindeki bir yerel mahkeme, bölgedeki internet sağlayıcı şirketine, aralarında "Youtube"un da bulunduğu 5 internet sitesinin "aşırıcı" yayınları yaydığı gerekçesiyle engellenmesi talimatı verdi.

Rus hükümetinin resmi gazetesi sayılan Rossiyskaya Gazeta'da yayımlanan haberde, Rusya'nın uzakdoğusunda bulunan Komsomolsk-on-Amur bölgesindeki mahkemenin, söz konusu sitelerde aşırı milliyetçilerin sloganı olan "Rusya Ruslarındır" başlıklı görüntülerin yanı sıra Hitler'e ait yazılara rastladığı kaydedildi.

Yerel internet şirketi RA RTS de yaptığı  açıklamada, mahkemenin 16 Temmuzda aldığı kararı temyize götürdüklerini belirtti.

Rusya'da aşırıcılıkla mücadele kanunları sivil toplum örgütleri tarafından ifade özgürlüğünü kısıtladığı gerekçesiyle zaman zaman eleştiriliyor.
